A Followup on the Previous Video or Why The One Finger Test to Open a Laptop or Notebook Is Meaningless.

I mentioned in the previous post/video about how the one finger opening of a laptop didn’t really make much sense. So I thought I should explain a bit.

Most reviewers make it sound like a negative thing, when in fact it is a positive thing meaning you have a decent hinge.

  1. 12″ MacBook. Ultra thin and only 2lbs, yet it’s weighted well and you can still open it with one hand.

    1. The real question is why is that even remotely important? Unless a person only has one hand, this should never be an issue.
