It is Monday and Here is a Video Worth Sharing! 3 Phone Giveaway!

Yeah, everyone likes free stuff and Redskull is giving away 3 smartphones! I have no clue why I am sharing this because it will seriously reduce my chances of winning by another 10-12%, but it is a great channel and I thought I would help him get some new subscribers.

Entering is really easy, and in reality, you really should subscribe to his channel because he does some great tech reviews.

The phones in question are one Oukitel K6,  and two M-Horse Pure 3 Smartphones. No they are not bleeding edge, but folks these phones could be yours for free! Well at least one of them! The Oukitel K6 actually has some great specs considering the mid-range price.

So let us get right to that video and leave a comment on it on YouTube and tell him that Tim sent you!

That is all for now, except please subscribe to our channel or click those big donation buttons on the website here!

We Are Going To Be Giving Away The HiBook Tablet! We Just are Not Sure Of The Method…Yet

Yes folks, the HiBook tablet has been tested in all sorts of ways here at HiBook Labs and we are simply out of things to test on it!

We have installed Linux on it, edited videos on it, run a server off of it for over a year and a half  in a VM AND in Android and also watched hundreds of movies and TV shows on it!  Personally I love this thing, but it does sit around lately not being used too often and it still works perfectly!

So I have decided to do some sort of giveaway to someone who really could use a handy 10.1 inch, dual boot, Windows 10/Android tablet in perfect working order.

Of course the test facility here at HQ will continue to be called HiBook Labs for the foreseeable future, so do not panic! But the nature of the giveaway will be determined by those who choose to register on this web site and actually come up with a suggestion or two!

Why yes, “what a novel idea you are thinking, I could write a post on this site and perhaps influence the outcome/method of this giveaway”.

Of course if you register and do not login or post, yeah, you get terminated, if you post a bunch of links (URL’s) you get removed. Simple enough?

Make sure you are registering on tabletserver.com and not another site that this may be shared with! (yes this will be shared on my other site, so just making sure you are registering for the correct web site!)

That is all I have at this time, register and write or suggest, no comments please, since most folks screw those up and they get dumped by the security protocols.

HiBook News:Register Today and Post an Article and Perhaps Win a Chromecast Device!

You Could Win One of These!

In a blantantly commercialized effort to get folks to register and post here I am going to try once again to entice folks. In this case we are going to give away a Chromecast device that you can use to stream content to your TV from a tablet or even a phone.

I have one of these devices and it works great! You simply plug it in to an HDMI input on your television and you can steam directly from the Chrome browser or YouTube or Kodi.  I have written a few posts about using this device with everything from my tablet here to a dirt cheap Amazon Fire tablet running Kodi.

The bottom line is I am getting one of these essentially for free from Google by using my Play Credits received from  using the Google Rewards app on my phone.  I have $34.99 credit right now and the next survey should allow me to purchase a shiny new one.

Now on to the rules, which you need to read and pay attention to.

  • First step- register with a valid email address.  Pay attention to the reCaptcha checkbox!
  • Step 2 –  edit you profile so you have a name for your byline.
  • Step 3 – Post a valid article about tablets. Not just a few lines, but something folks can read and benefit from.
  • DO NOT under any circumstances post a link in your article. If you provide valid content and prove yourself worthy of being trusted, I will allow links back to your web site or YouTube channel, but not in the first article!
  • You can upload images, but try to keep them small. The server is capable of scaling them if needed.
  • Lastly post the article in English, if necessary you can write it in your native language and then translate it before posting.
  • Spam will immediately be deleted so do not waste your time and mine by trying it!
  • The contest ends on June 3 at 12:00pm CDT. Contest is over! No ooe participated

Follow the rules, write a great post, (or 2 or three), and you stand a damned good chance of winning a Chromecast. Since we never get anyone to register and post here your odds are awfully good. Of course if you can’t follow the rules, you will simply be deleted.

That is all for now,

Tim
