First Video Worth Sharing Today! The Dell XPS 15 2 in 1 Convertible!

This one comes to us from Andrew over at AMDTech and is the unboxing and initial impressions. I have watched one other video on this device and it seems to have 1 minor flaw and that is battery life (but let us wait for confirmation).

However, it has a great display, touch screen panel and the usual Dell quality.  It is plenty powerful enough for your daily workload and has a lot of ports!

No it is not inexpensive, but it certainly isn’t overpriced as some other notebooks, with far fewer ports.

So let us get right to the video after I remind you to check out Andrew’s channel on YouTube and remember to like it and subscribe!

That is all for now,

Tim

Tonnigt’s Second Video Worth Sharing: Full review on the Teclast F6 Pro Convertible Notebook! Bonus: A Giveaway!

The Teclast F6 Pro is a touch screen convertible device that we have featured a few times previously. It sports some great specs and the bonus here is that Andrew over at AMDTech is giving one away! Yeah, like wow!

This device has some great specs and just does what you want a convertible to do at a lower price than most of the competition.

This one has the Intel Core m3-7Y30 CPU and easily expandable SSD storage and a great 13.3 inch IPS touchscreen FHD display.

All the specs are in the video, so check it out and make sure to subscribe to Andrew’s channel!

This device is available on Gearbest right now for about $606.

That is all I have right now,

Tim

Tonight’s Video Worth Sharing: Teclast F6 Pro Convertible Notebook, Full Review

Tonight we have another video from Chris over at TechTablets and this one is on the Teclast F6 Pro, 13.3 inch convertible notebook.

This device is powered by an Intel Core M3-7Y30 processor and features a 128 GB SSD for storage that can easily be changed out via an access hatch on the bottom of the device.

With 8 GB of RAM and a full HD 1920 x 1080 IPS screen this is a pretty decent mid-range device. The price is currently running a bit over $500 on Gearbest at the moment but keep in mind these devices tend to fluctuate in price every few days, and I have seen this one for $449, so if you are really interested, just be patient.

Personally I am not a fan of large convertibles because even my Chuwi Hi12 tablet is a pain to hold and use as a tablet for more than an hour or so and it weighs a whole bunch less.  On the other hand I guess it would be handy to fold it up and hand it over to someone so you could show them a web site or a video, etc.

So all that being said, let us get to that video! Remember if you like this type of content then subscribe to the TechTablets channel!

That is all for now,

Tim

Today’s Video Worth Sharing: Another Unboxing And First Impressions of the Teclast F6 Pro

Just a day or so ago I posted a video from Andrew on this convertible notebook and he was quite positive in his initial impressions. This one comes to us from Chris over at TechTablets and is also quite positive.

This one so far is a pretty nice convertible at a relatively decent price. Currently only $499 on Gearbest.

The basics are as follows:

  • Intel Core M3-7Y30 processor
  • 13.3 inch FHD Touch Panel
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 128 GB SSD (upgradeable)
  • Fingerprint sensor
  • 360 degree rotating display

This of course ins’t really intended to be used as a tablet all that often due to its weight, but being able to set it up in presentation mode it could be a nice video consumption machine.

So let us get right to that video.

This product is currently on a flash sale at Gearbest, so keep an eye on those prices, but I don’t see it getting much cheaper than the current $499.

That is all for now,

Tim

Today’s Video Worth Sharing: The Teclast F6 Convertible, Unboxing And First Impressions

Teclast has stepped up their game a bit with the new F6 Pro convertible notebook. It costs quite a bit less than the high end stuff such as the Lenovo Yoga or HP X360 types and it has decent, although not stellar specs.

This one is courtesy of Andrew over at AMDTech and gives us the initial impressions and of course that whole unbox thing.

The very first thing you may notice in the video is that Teclast has put on the SSD upgrade hatch on the bottom of the device. That is a very positive sign that the Chinese manufacturers are finally catching on to the fact that eMMC storage just ain’t hacking it when trying to compete with the big boys.

The fact it has a Core M3 -7Y30 processor also makes this a much faster and more premium convertible than you would expect at this price.

The product does sport a 13.3 inch, non-laminated, IPS touch panel, but still looks good for indoor use.

We will have to wait for a full review for all the details but in the meantime we get a hands on look and some testing right here, right now. See below…

This product is available on Gearbest for $499 currently, but as always check that link for flash sales.

That is all for this morning,

Tim
